Training
FastCast Networks' intensive training program begins during the introduction process to our clients. We help establish client's needs and requirements, as we immerse ourselves in our client's internal processes. We establish a rigorous methodology to transfer our system level knowledge to our client.
All of FastCast Networks' solutions include the following:
- Separate Agent, Administration, Managerial, and IT training sessions
- Complete technical documentation included for each solution, including agent and administer manuals.
- Continuing Education, through support agreements, per client's request, as needs change.
- "Go Live" On-site Education and Support (time dependent on client's needs).
Training and Education is an ongoing process and FastCast is dedicated to working with our clients at whatever level of the process they choose.
